About Us

Jarvey Leather is owned and operated by Julia Dixon, known as Jules, from North Yorkshire. My passion for leatherwork started in 2010, and I have been creating unique leather products since then. Our products are handmade and hand-stitched with care and dedication.

 

Products

• Jarvey Leather products are handmade and unique.

• Each product is made to order, and slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.

 

Ordering

• Orders can be placed through our website.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.

 

Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

 

Shipping

• We post products within the UK only, postage is free of charge for UK mainland- Please get in touch if shipping is required outside of UK Mainlands to get shipping calculated on an individual basis.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 7-14 working days, but please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods.

 

Refund and Return Policy

Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

 

Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

 

Shipping Returns

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
